COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION
We are still experiencing a high volume of orders and appreciate your patience.
Our couriers are now operating a non-contact paperless delivery and in place of an electronic signature they will now just ask for a name to enter into their own PDA. If you are not in to accept a delivery the goods will be left in a safe place as per our standard delivery terms and conditions.
If you are self-isolating due to showing symptoms of COVID-19 please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 03333 660 249 so we can advise our couriers.
Your delivery date:
We are currently working on a lead time of 5-7 working days. Once your order is placed your order will be processed by our sales team who will then email you with a delivery date. We will do our utmost to ensure this delivery date is achieved however we are not currently able to guarantee delivery for this day.
We are currently processing and delivering the majority of orders placed with us on the date that is confirmed however should there be a delay we will contact you to advise where possible. Please be aware of courier partner along with the entire courier sector is dealing with unprecedented demand so delivery delays are a real possibility.
Just like in our standard terms and conditions of delivery we would like to reiterate that to avoid disappointment you do not book tradesmen until you have received and are happy with your order.
If you place an order for delivery before 1:00pm and this is not achieved by the courier then we will be able to offer a partial refund on the delivery charge for the pre 1:00pm service. We cannot however offer refunds on deliveries that do not arrive on the expected delivery date. If your delivery doesn’t arrive by 6:00pm on the due date please email us email@example.com and we will chase it with the courier and come back as soon as possible. We are operating on a reduced workforce so please email where possible, you can however call on 03333 660 249 if your query is urgent.
In the interest of safety we are operating a COVID secure collection process allowing customer collections. Once we have received and processed your order we will contact you to confirm a collection date and time. We require all visitors to wear a face mask when collecting orders and not to attend if you are suffering any symptoms of COVID-19.
